Plausible or Fantasy Suicide?

10 team league Non PPR Start 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 flex, 1 te, k and def.
Let me preface this by saying that I am in first place at 6-1-2, with my first loss coming last week. (Yes, we have ties. Get over it.)
Should I trade Stafford for whatever wr/rb combo I could get, and roll with Palmer for the rest of the season? Before you say crazy, know that Palmer faces the following ranked pass defenses the rest of the way: 30, 26, 27, 31, 5, and 21. The 5th ranked team is Detriot, so you could have a shootout anyway.
My team.
qb: Stafford, Palmer
rb: F. Jackson, Wells, Blount, Battle,Moreno
wr: Andre and Calvin Johnson, Wayne, Bennett, Damian Williams, Little
te: Daniels, Keller
k: Gould
def: Saints, Chargers
Looking at my team, aside from Jackson, my rbs are boom or bust. For the last few weeks with Andre out, my receiving corps is pathetic, aside from Calvin (Just picked up Bennett and Williams). TEs are about average as well. Def sucks.
Should I make a move to get better, or should I stay put, stop freaking out, and wait for Andre to come back and be fine?

I can't imagine you getting much for stafford. You may have to part with one of your WR if you want to upgrade RBs.

As far as the trade goes, see what you can get before making the call.
Most times, people only want to improve their team, and not yours.
