were actually rooting for Bama? When I watched the game I was too busy talking (etc) but watching the replay, they really sounded like they wanted Bama to win. Not that it matters...just wondering.

Yes, they sure sounded biased toward Bama.

They always seem to cheer for the other team.

Verne definitely seemed to be infatuated with Alabama. What else is knew though? They, like everyone in the media, still believes Bama is the best team somehow.

Understandable, Verne grew up with the Bear.

If they had a vote in the polls, you would have seen (2) next to Bama's name

Well that settles it. Risher has spoken.

I'm sure there are Bama fans who are just as insecure and dumb as lsu fans.

Hanny disagreed.

Look.

Bama has Trent.

The best defense in history.

The best offensive line in the country.

The "best" head coach in the country.

And they were at home.

They probably expected the game to flow toward Bama.

But they weren' cheering for them.

Never give much thought to this stuff, but after watching the replay I think they had a shitless call. Gary can usually carry Verne, but he sucked too. Don't know about a bias, but they definitely bought in to all the bullshite.

No doubt about it. I have never seen a team that get "pulled against" more by the announcers than LSU. It's unreal!!!!

(the above is complete sarcasm.)

I wasn't aware you could "see" the announcers when they call a game but whatever.

(the above is complete seriousness)
