Which QB should start and/or play more vs WKU, and why?

I think Lee should start, keep dancing with who brung us, but JJ should get plenty of reps with the 1's, and use those to take some shots down field. When he's in there, the play calling is stagnant and predictable, and it's going to bite 'em in the arse vs Arky or SECG or NCG unless it evolves.

Why not start Mett so he can get some game time experience for next year?

Does it matter who starts against WKU?

Let the starters play for a half. Matt comes in and finishes the game.

I think we need to throw the ball a bunch with both QBs this game. We all know that Ware can run up the middle all night against WKU. Do what needs to be done to put the game out of reach, then start throwing the ball to work on the passing game.

Start Lee and let him regain his confidence by passing the ball early. Stick with the rotation that got us here as we will need Lee to be sharp down the stretch to beat Arky and the SECE Champ.

Start?

Lee.

JJ gets his snaps as well.

if one bad game gets you benched at LSU, that would be a new rule.

I'd like to see mettenberger get a ton of snaps in the second half as well.

Lee, two full series. JJ, two full series. Mett, the entire rest of the way.

Mettenburger. Because Lee and JJ need to rest up.

Mett should get significant snaps. Let's see what he can do for next year.

This and throw the ball like its going out of style. Get Lee's confidence back and let them both air it out and have some fun. They've both earned it.

Do this for the first half and then bring in Mett for the 2nd half to throw it some more.

Remember the unofficial, usual rule for Miles is for the Tigers to have a five touchdown lead before he sits the QB & most other starters. Like many of the posters, I hoped Mett would have received more playing time by now to help prepare him for next season.

Look, this team needs to prepare to play against championship-level defenses, and JL proved he doesn't have what it takes to handle an elite defense.

Use the next two games to give JJ 80% of the snaps, get him ready for Arky, SECCG and beyond.

Lee is a great guy and all, but...

What?? LOL

the guy has been nails all year long. He messed up twice last night and our HC bailed out on him. Our offense did nothing, absolutely nothing, with JJ in there. Much like it did nothing the last 2 years with JJ in there. Lee has started nine games and looked stellar in 8 of them. Your a jackass. If JJ becomes our starter/main QB, we will lose a game or two. We don't score enough with him at QB. Fact
