Phillip Rivers - Eli Manning trade

I own Rivers.
Eli owner has Vick (past his bye week) so Eli is insurance for the remainder of the season.
Thought process is that I need a better QB now and so far Eli has been pretty solid especially compared to Rivers. For the Vick/Eli owner i could see them taking the risk on Rivers upside since they wouldn't be leaning on him as a starter.
Would you trade Rivers for Eli?
On the flip side would you accept the offer if you were the Vick/Eli owner?
