My little girls first buck

She won the biggest buck contest(juvenile)that a local group sponsor's locally. She won a Mathews Mission bow,$200 gift card to equip her bow, and a crap load of hunting supplies. It was all I could do not to shed a tear when they called her name at the banquet. Not bad for a 9 year old.

All the dad's were giving their son's a hard time for sure. I was wanting to hang out at the check station and show him off, but all she wanted to do is go to McDonalds and eat.

Congrats! I've got a little girl that I can't wait to introduce to hunting. I think she is gonna be a bigger hunter than her younger brother! Awesome memories! Enjoy it.
