Just saw highlights of the finish of Mizzou-A&M and the announcer said, "Mizzou is now 2-3 in the Big-12 and 1-0 in the SEC".

It was a good game. The first half looked like it was going to be an offensive blow out for TA&M who was leading 28 TO 17 at the half.

Both teams played well defensively coming out to start the second half as no one was able to do much at all through the 3rd quarter. In the 4th Missouri got it going a little and with the aid of an interception run back to about the A&M 30 set up a touchdown and the Tigers got it done in OT.

It was a good game that someone had to win and I'm just glad it was us.

To the Aggies I say Great game and good luck the rest of the year.

sfury. We led all 8 games this year by 2-3 scores at the half. Let that sink in...we have held halftime leads of 19, 27, 17, 18, 11, 10, 13, and 11. Of those leads, we managed to increase those leads in 4 of 8 games, blew three of them, and almost blew a 4th (Texas Tech).

After all that, Byrne STILL won't fire Sherman, nor force him to hire an offensive coordinator.

I am pretty jacked about that win. That said, I think Sherman lost his job today.

Entering SEC play with a new coach would suck, but it might be the best chance to attract a "good" coach.

It might be tough, but they can not go in with Sherman. I am sure they can get an Assistant at an SEC school that wants to stay in conference. At least they would be familiar with the conference.

They just need to take OC powers away from Sherm

He recruits well, but calls a terrible game, mainly I every 2nd half

Malzahn would probably come up as a candidate for the job.

He'd be a good fit and will bolt out of Lubbock the first chance he gets

And if TT did go to A&M, you know they'd put up a hell of a fight against Auburn every year.

Let's hope we get the Independence Bowl then! We could go 2-0!

James Franklin, Vanderbilt. That's who you want.

You're welcome!

What is absolutely fricking maddening is that I don't think we've ever (I've been following A&M since 1986) had a team with this kind of offensive talent, and it's wasted week after week.

I don't want to run off Sherman because I think that he is damn good at evaluating talent and recruiting it, but for the love of God, we have got to get a better play caller.

1. Too Stubborn.

2. Too many positions coaches. In order to hire another, we need to get rid of one.
