Freddy vs Jason 2...how would you do it?

I read through thread about the original ending to Freddy vs Jason and with Halloween fast approaching, I got to thinking about this movie again. We all know rumors have swirled for years that a sequel would be made and those rumors have included other horror icons such as Michael Myers, Ash, and Pinhead.

It seems that this movie will likely never come to fruition, but it's still fun to speculate. So what would you like to see done in a sequel? Would you want other horror icons included? How would they be tied in? And who would stand as the sole survivor at the end?
