Are there any Tigers tailgating on Bama's campus and if so where will you be? This will be our first time tailgating for an away game. Any ideas about where fellow tigers will be? Also we don't have tickets to get into the game so we will catch the game while tailgating. Any of ya'll doing the same? If so please share some info so our fellow Tiger supporters can be in the same area(s). :-)

I was thinking about it. If a big group gets together on campus, it might be worth it.

I know it seems like it would be pretty cool. We only have six traveling together so far. That is why I am trying to see where some of the tigers will set up at so we can enjoy the moment even more. I hope I can get a few responses on here.

i'm in. I've been the last 2 times we've played. 09 i had tickets, 07 i found tickets there.

both times i tailgated with bama fans and had a great time, but wuld love to find a spot with tigers.

In 09, we paid 20 buck to park behind this bank righ off university drive, about 3-6 blocks east of the stadium. We just happened to pull in there arnd 6am when we got into TTown.

Were meeting up, probably about 20-25 of us. Once I know where we are trying to set up, I will let you know.

Been wondering the same. This is the first away game I have ever been to and dont really know where to start. I have tickets and would like to get some tailgating in before the game, especially since it is now at night. It is just me and one friend making the trip so we would like to be able to team up with fellow tigers to make the day even better.

I don't know when we are leaving, still trying to come up with some sort of plan. I am looking at Bama's website now trying to find some sort of area that a tailgate could be set up

Guys, tailgating on campus in T-town is very, very difficult. This year, I'm going to probably settle for the Boy Scout lot or the one next door, the Central High School lot on 15th St. Both are closer to the stadium than many of the private lots. If ya'll are students, there's a big catered tailgate on campus near the quad (I think) but you'll have to ask around LSU to find it. Good luck.

Not a student unfortunately. May have to check out one of those lots, any idea what time you would have to get there to secure a spot?

I'm going to call Central High School on Tuesday and see when they open and whether they permit tents, cookers, etc. Might want to do the same.

We are doing a big tailgate at the corner of University and Devotie. Right in front of Russell Hall. My crew and a crew from Bama have been teaming up together, along with HATT's former DJ since the 05 game. Same deal this year. It's always huge and a damn good time. Y'all are all welcome to join
