With Miles' history of sitting people for making mistakes (Broussard, Ford, etc.). Do you think he slowly works Ware back in and let Hilliard have more carries since he played so good Saturday?
Also, I know Simon wasn't a starter but do you give Brooks the nod ahead of Simon?
Before the game I wasn't worried about a drop off at tailback just because we have so many, but I was more concerned with the secondary losing two guys.
to the defense for stepping up when they needed to.
to the DL for getting pressure on the qb and causing all those sacks.
Also, I know Simon wasn't a starter but do you give Brooks the nod ahead of Simon?

Brooks played very well and Simon hasn't been a superstar.

Same. Start Brooks, he earned it with last game performance. As for others, work em hard from the start...

Brooks didnt look great to me. He got beat a few times but they didn't throw his way. His INT was nice buy the ball was thrown directly to him. His penalties have to stop as well.

JJ played on the 1st offensive drive after his suspension was lifted. Shepard played first game back too. I agree Miles "punishes" by not playing, but more for fumbles or on-field mistakes. Once the suspension is done, it's over. As for not starting, JJ's not as good as Lee.

JJ got less pt vs auburn than fla or tenn.
That surprised me.
