Pretty fair. Thhe dude has dealt with some pretty huge frustrations this season and, so far, he's come out smelling like a rose.

I don't see how you could make an argument that any other coach is better, given what he's had to deal with off the field, for the team to still be where they are now is unbelievable.....

I don't understand the hate of the man from the Rant. I find him knowledgable and his comments are almost always fair.

It's funny how Verne will call a TD for the Tigers as "touchdown, Louisiana State...University"...then if Auburn, Alabama, Florida, Georgia gets a TD it's like they are supposed to get a TD and you can tell it in his voice...in his mind, I believe, LSU is not supposed to be a winner...just the above mentioned schools...oh, I forgot Tenn...

dorsey was chop-blocked during his senior year and danielson stated LSU should sit him to protect him for his NFL career... i'm paraphrasing

I had some choice comments about LSU's clock management right before UT got caught with too many on the field. Those comments are probably too nasty for even the Rant.
