"This game is the most important game in my career and the is what ive been waiting for since the first game Ive had a lot of things taken away from me in life money, pride, love, respect, but this is the one time that I can get it back today I will focus on what I have to do to get the job done I will come with fire passion and all of the above I cried when I couldnt play last year every day I hurt when I couldn't help my team. I am stronger I am Faster I am Smarter I am Super Sonic IN this game I will tell them to take this My Love, My Anger, And All of my Sorrow For the #Rec For #Era For #LSU For #G-Wood For my #TEAM Nothing will every get in the way of my dreams again ....... Instead of whatever you're using, change the number in each frame to something slower such as (200ms) or whatever ends up fitting best. That's how I do it, at least.

when you save it originally (you can save as for this to work) after it asks for merge layers or animation you can set the speed for all frames. Basically I'll save it as an animation and preview it. If it's too fast or slow I'll save as and change that number. Usually 100ms works fine.
