Who thinks Cosmo comes off as a NARC?

My understanding was Tino committed an offense similar to Portcity. He served time, loves LSU, and is a longtime member. And to those of you that think he hates you, he hates everyone. So don't take it personally and support him. Chicken, please consider. Thanks.
