Long Island Medium

So the wife started watching a new show on TLC last week and it was Long Island Medium. (Sunday Nights) At first I laughed at my wife and said it was fake, I have never believed in people talking to dead or mediums.
After watching 4 episodes with her I am hooked. I have never believed in people taking to the dead, but this lady Theresa is a psychic/medium, and I think she really does talk to the dead or they talk to her
She sets up appointments with people, but the best part is when she is just at the store, shop, out eating, she will just go up to people if they have a relative/person pass on and wanting to make contact with their relatives/friends.
Anybody catch this show and think she is legit?
