First of all, I do not think that there is any one that really thinks the LSU would have lost the game, had we not scored on the first drive.

Having said that...
if you want to tear down the confidence of a QB, you do what Miles did. You let one QB bring you to the 1 yard line and you put another one in.
Specially under these circumstances , where JL had been buying his time to prove his worth..and has.

Whether intentionally or not, it does not matter:
Miles sold out his character for 7 points.
and he sent 2 messages:
a) to JL...Dear JL,I think JJ is better than you an I have more confidence in JJ.
b) to JJ...Dear JJ,I do not really care what you did, it was a show, you do not have a price to pay.

JL may have too much class to say anything, but I certainly saw a change in his demeanor and play after. You can not gamble with scare money, as the saying goes. Well, you can not play with confidence when you think you are not being backed and at the first mistake, the world will come down on you.

That stupid decision for 7 points may come to haunt us in "team solidarity" and JLs confidence.

Lost a tremendous amount of respect for Miles.

1) You obviously wasn't at the game.
2) You obviously didn't see the teams response
3) You are a dumbass.

guess you do not watch much football eh? MILES did that all last year! Lee led us down the field against UF. who finished a few of those drives? jj. The UT game? who led us down the field? LEE. who finished in the red zone?JJ. wake up.

JJ needed to get in the game this week. He will get meaningful reps against florida. He is being worked back in because we will need him very much if we are going to make a run.

Would you rather win?

You don't know what character is! He may have done damage to the flow of the Offense, which was seen by the 12 man in the huddle, but playing JJ was what showed character!

Booing a player that has been a loyal, integral part of the program is ridiculous any way you look at it. There is no excuse for that, it's classeless and just plain low!

It's also funny that people think JJ hasn't payed a price for his actions.

The guy has missed 4 weeks of football, lost the starting job, been in front of a grand jury, all for a fight.

Please post you management skills resume.

1) You do not have a clue about management.
2) Do you really think that JL with all the class he has shown would have acted any other way ?
I guarantee you that inside of JL the little message was read.
