Directv channel for game...

I remember seeing this on the board the other day and i searched and could not find the thread. I am new to direct tv and can only find the LSU game tomorrow on KMSS which is not in HD. Does anyone know the channel that will be showing the game in HD? Thanks in advance and sorry for redundancy.

Where do you live? I had to dig around online and on direct tv but I did find it.

Use your red button while on ESPN and it will bring up the score guide. From there it will show every channel the game will be on and which are HD.

Most of the time they are. I live in Lake Charles and they recently gave me some local channels.
Yes, it's supposed to be on Shreveport, KMSS, FOX up where you are.
What's their tv number? What I mean is like on a commercial for the station, they'll say "you're watching KMSS Fox23 or something.... shreveport"
The one here is Fox29 and I typed in the number 29 on the guide and boom..... there it was. I didn't even know I had that channel.

Go to your guide and type in 33. See if Direct tv updated you with local channels.
If you get it, it'll go right to the channel. Well, duh.

I know the game is on 33 but it isn't hd. I am looking for alternate hd channel

some cities do not have HD on local channels. you may be out of luck

Mine comes in in HD. Call direct tv and ask them. If you get the local channel, they should be able to help you out. It might not even cost anything.

Let me change that..... not everything on the Fox channel comes in in HD but the game is.
