ULL tailgating?

Thinking of bringing my son to his (and mine) first Cajuns football game. Anyone from here go and have a decent group of folks that you tailgate with? I kind of want him to experience all of the event, not just the game. I'll pitch in for food/beer/capri suns.. no problem.

you don't know anyone tailgating? ULL has some pretty good tailgates and i'm sure you can meet some people that would be happy to give you a beer or two. there's tons of kids playing football all around so i'm sure your son would fit right in.

no, not from here.. I'm fishing on facebook to see if anyone I do know will be there, but so far nada.
The people from this area are super nice, so I'm sure I could just waltz into one.. I would just rather know at least one person.

I've lived in BR for 3 years and have no IRL friends. I'm pretty dis-likable though.
