A word of warning regarding our #1 ranking...

There's been alot of threads displaying our dominance, and overall happiness with the #1 ranking, and I understand how excited everyone is about this team--hell, I'm excited too.
But need I remind you what happened to Rocky when he became champion? He was real happy with himself and then Clubber Lang whooped his arse and took his title.
Took Rocky a while to get his eye of the tiger back too...
I just don't think we should be going overboard with this # 1 ranking!

I totally agree Rouge, fans can do what they want, but it's not like the players are completely immune to all the chatter. They hear it too.

I think the team knows it has many tough games ahead, and that it only takes one loss to drop many spots and maybe never get into the NCG.

Good thing the fans aren't going to be playing but I do agree the team needs to remain focused on the task.

Really? Most of us figured this team would ignore eligibility regulations and continue to dominate from now until the end of time.
The Tigers are 4-0, ranked #1 in the country, take that for what it's worth, and enjoy it while it lasts.
I don't really understand the "don't enjoy it too much guys we will lose again one day" mentality.
