He reminds me of the comedian Steven Wright. Similar looking in the face and hair, and nearly identical speech and sound.
Steven Wright played "the guy on the couch" in the movie Half Baked.
Every time I saw Dana on the sideline freaking out, I told myself that dude needs a joint to chill out.
