beer sales in the stadium might actually put us at a disadvanatage....because then we won't be as jacked up on the hard liquor we would have snuck in

most fans can't hold their liquor as is. 30% of the stadium would be a drunken pukey mess by the time halftime hit. Let alone all the fights from the liquid tough guys. It's funny when I go to Saints games and watch people drink away easily $150 in beer and cocktails only to be passed out or removed in the 3rd quarter for being an obnoxious drunk arse.

Flanking move to reduce the blood-alcohol level of Tiger Stadium while raising more money!

This may happen once or twice per Saints games. I never see it.

I thought you could drink in Tiger stadium back in the day. I heard a story about someone clocking the Bear with a beer bottle in the 70s. I dont know how true it is.

Do you really think that half the stadium is not already drinking?

We have made a net of 75K for the first game. I imagine it will be over 100K for the LSU game. Oliver Luck actually believes it prevents some fans from binge drinking, making mountaineer field a safer environment. Who knows.

sure, but they are almost always noon games, without a day of tailgating before them. Even when they are night games, they are Sunday or Monday night, where people have work the next morning. not even aples and oranges, more like apples and watermelon they are so damned different

Sit in the cheap seats for a game and watch the assholery that goes down. I see at least 2-3 people tossed every game.

Stadium beer is lower alcohol so this is probably true.

You WV guys better stock up on the beer for that game. You might sell out. Whatever you think you will sell, add 50 percent to be safe.

I had a buddy get totally drunk prior to the 95 game against florida. He was so obnoxious to florida that he even PO'd the students around him. Then come second quarter he got quiet and sat down. He started to puke so my other friend gave him a popcorn box to vomit in. The problem was the bottom of the box was open so puke hit the bleachers in front of him and people started parting like the Red Sea. They were going to beat on him so my whole crew figured it was best to leave and they did. I was about 50 rows down and wondered why they were leaving so early with my buddy straggling behind them about 10 rows. They didn't wait for him to catch up.
