Tecomate Max Attract 50/50 opinions wanted.

Went to the feed store at lunch to pick up some corn, rice bran and a bag of purina corn replacement (to try) and noticed the tecomate max attract the price is a little steep but it seems to have a pretty damn good mix and says it can be planted in all zones. Any of you try this stuff out? Cost per pound seems on par with the local feed and seed mixes.
