after doing some research found out his name is Travis Mamon he plays at Eagle Landing Christian academy in McDonugh Georgia. After more research seems he is not LSU material.
As for recruiting, Gess said he’s never talked to a player looking to transfer to play football. He notes that none of his four top college prospects – running backs Keyante Green and John Tatum and defensive linemen Justin Thomason and Isaac Rochell – had played 11-man football on the high school level before coming to ELCA

Found some more stuff on Rivals.
Eagle's Landing Chrisitian Academy
Avery Walls- Walls transferred from nearby Union Grove to ELCA and he has been an immediate upgrade to an already solid ELCA defense. Walls delivers big hits and is solid in pass coverage. Don't be surprised to see him some on offense this year as ELCA will line him up at receiver.
Christian Reeves - Christian is the true definition of a hybrid back. He can play tight end, fullback, and wide receiver and as he continues to get bigger he will become more of a threat. He runs good routes and is very athletic for a tight end. He will definitely be a pass threat at Virginia Tech.
John Tatum - At 6-2 and 195 pounds, Tatum is a long athlete that plays on both sides of the ball. He plays running back and he lines up at cornerback on defense. He could play either position at the next level but I like him at safety.
Travis Mamon - Mamon has good size and speed. He can play all over the field but he primarily lines up at wide receiver. With a strong season many schools will be interested in this athlete that sports a 3.7 GPA.
Aaron Spratlin - Spratlin has prototypical size for a quarterback and he is a 4.0 student. He will need to

So, seems like B.S. ?

Seems to me that the kid has the want to ball out this fall and earn an offer. Setting a high goal for yourself isn't BS. I think it's great to have that goal, whether he achieves it or ends up at a Sunbelt school.
Or maybe he intends to walk on if he doesn't get a scholarship. Who knows?

I took recruiting trips is high school, and talked to small schools about walking on
And at the end of the day I stayed in baton Rouge and went to lsu
