ETA: How credible is this guy?

VT, I would think FSU, and depending on how realistic the list is, OU/OSU, NC, and NC State are all possibilities.

NC is definitely not a possibility. There is no way they would leave the tradition of ACC basketball.

Why would we take MO over wv. Wvu is much better then sorry mo in every sport .

Why would the SEC take MO OVER WvU?

If they get Missouri I would hate it for LSU
LSU would in essence be joining the old Big 12 with A&M, Hogs and Missouri and would lose an Auburn or Fla from schedule.

Many LSU fans would welcome the loss of UF from the schedule as their schedule is often more difficult than Bama or Auburn's because UF has been consistently better than UT or UGA over the past 2 decades.

What's the population of West Virginia, what's the population of Missouri, not really hard to figure that out, sheesh. Funny when SEC fans call Mizzou sorry when Mizzou beat SEC teams in the last 4-5yrs when they played them. Can you tell me the MIGHTY SEC's overall record vs lil weak ol Mizzou?? You'd be surprised.

If Missouri joins SEC and the Alabama schools go east, think LSU is going to be surrounded by some weird fans in their division. Aggies, Razorbacks, and the lowly Mississippi schools.

Man I don't want Missouri in the SEC. Destroys traditional divisions and really brings nothing to the table

That can't happen anyway. So no need to worry. You can't move both Alabama schools East under this situation cause you'd have 6 in the West and 8 in the East. Some other arrangement would have to occur.

I would hate it because that would make 3 tigers in the league. Rename SEC to Tiger league

This is a garbage argument. WVU's TV numbers tell the difference. Mizzou is 2nd out there behind St. Louis sports. They don't bring in the market that everyone says they do. WVU also has a ton of alumni outside the state. Pittsburgh, DC, and Charlotte are 3 areas that have huge WVU alumni. Plus the state is almost entirely behind WVU because there are no pro sports. Minus the small Marshall contingent of course
