Okay...so WV has LSU to play. After that they play: Bowling Green,CT,Cuse,Rutgers,Louisville,Cinn and Pittsburgh before they play another good opponent. South Florida. I get the feeling that this game is the super bowl for WV but most LSU fans are overlooking the game it seems. We are all excited about being #2 and that one guy at ESPN projected us to play in the national championship game. Everyone is talking about the Alabama match-up and the possibility of playing bama again in the national championship game. Vegas only has us as a 5 pt or so favorite. This game is just plain scary to me.

As long as the team isn't overlooking WVU I'm good.

I agree. After the way our D played the other day I feel very confident about this game, and am certain we won't lose because of the WVU offense. If we get burned on anything, it will be special teams, coupled with coming out flat on offense.

Glad you shared this.

A -5 favorite on the road is a TD favorite.

Sounds like Vegas really likes us in this game.

Your right...I forgot I am not on the team. For some reason I keep forgetting that. I always say "we" when referring to the tigers. Sure hope LSU is not looking ahead to # 15 Florida coming up.

We are not overlooking a top 204 team arse hat. But those of us that watch both teams know they dont match up well against us. They have zero run game. They couldnt run it last year when they had a run game. Our d is better and their run game is none existant. Our O will control the clock and we win with no real threat of losing. We may not blow them out but they have no chance if they cant run.

Every game we play you can say they are overlooking until we play #2 bama.

The only thing I don't like about this game is WVU has already seen LSU. They know what to expect when it comes to speed+strength from us. However, if they can't establish a run game...they're going to have a looooooong day. I will say I've been impressed with Geno's accuracy this year but he hasn't played a LSU secondary.

Don't worry, this sets up good for LSU. WV is a one dimentional pro-style Offense. D-line, and TM are going to have some sick stats, with lots of turnovers. Oh, and we will run all over them in the second half. I was a little worried about MSstate, but not WV. I also see our Special teams greatly improved on both sides.

WVU is a lot of things, but 'scary' isn't one of them.
