Left Campos at 6:30 and went to Lake Robin. Bounced around the islands and points with moving water. Tide was moving but opposite of the wind. Water clairity was a 6 out of 10 and getting clearer with 10k east wind. Tally for the day:
8 puppy drum 18 - 20 inches
10 trout 13 - 18 inches
1 20 inch red
2 big sheephead
Stop fishing at 10:30.
Great day on the water and a couple gallons of fish.

We did have a great time. Me and bil didn't hear of many good reports this week as the fish are in transistion mode but we wanted to go on a boat ride. When we got back to campos, not many fish were brought in and all the charter captians were still out. Listening to the charter captians on the radio, it was really rough on the outside but there were some fish out there.

The drum must be hungry, we went out of Delacroix today, caught 15 puppy drum, 4 specks, 2 big sheephead, and 3 reds.
It was the damndest thing, we were fishing for reds along a shoreline and the drum were just stacked there. We probably could have limited out on them, but wanted to move along to see if we could throw some more reds in the boat before we ran out of bait.
