I really have a hard time finding anything to bitch about... The best I can come up with is that the kick offs could have been deeper and the coverage better.

Great win! Geaux Tigers!

...And why the hell does the SEC still allow them to abuse cowbells?

Penalties, penalties, and penalties.

But I'm not gonna do it.

punt returns and kickoffs still worry me. Our kickoffs need way more distance and we get nothing on punt returns.

Special team kicking has really sucked , lately. DA has been kicking FG's well. Punt blocking is the worst area.

I was. And I'm rewatching it now.

He stepped into his throws and threw it.

Not tonight.
Yes he did. But it's hard to complain about it when he's completing them and throwing for over 200 yds. He played really well tonight. OBJ is a BEAST possession receiver.

The thing to complain about is kicking FGs instead of scoring TDs, mainly due to penalties killing us.

But it's hard to complain when you shut a team down like that...

even in our champeenship years it took the offense nearly half the season to develop. I feel fine so far.

this version of the oline will get beat up by a good defensive front like bama's. i realize that we are down 2 starters and maybe a 3rd if blackwell is out... but they will have to improve.

There's an A and B thing to this, bear with me.....

A. I didn't see him do that and I was watching his feet, however I am not a coach.
(not disagreeing with you, I just didn't see it. Sometimes I was just jumping and clapping and looked away from the tv)

B.OBj...... man. Can you imagine how good that kid is going to be when he leaves LSU?

That's how he throws the ball, everyone throws differently. Phillip Rivers is a top 6 NFL Quarterback and he looks like a yard passing. As long as the ball gets there with plenty of zip, who gives a shite?

lee did throw a few passes off his back foot, but he has significantly more spin on the ball than previously so he has enough velocity to get away with it.

Same thing was said last year. I realize we play over there but we play well on the road.

Not taking anything away from Bama's DL..... but personally, the dude under center makes me wonder.

6 turnovers in Bama's opener. 1 from Kent State. Bama only gets 1 pick from Kent State?

If Bama opened with an SEC team, or an SEC caliber team, they'd be screwed.
