how is game keepers in Chicago?

Stuck here for work....thinking about going to watch the game there tomorrow.

Great. I watched the LSU/Oregon game there. Waitresses constantly walking around refilling drinks. Reasonably priced. Good game day specials!

FYI, that is no longer the LSU Alumni bar. It is now The Standard on North Milwaukee in Wicker Park. I posted another thread on the topic earlier today.

I went there and had a great time last year when I was in Chicago for work. You can tell it's an LSU bar year round from all of the decorations on the wall. Good time!

Standard is great. I miss Gamekeepers because I had personal relationships with the owner and the staff...but Standard is a really nice place and they took good care of us last Saturday. And I heard good things about the Oregon game.

so wait, which bar is it now? the posts above are suggesting both Gamekeepers and The Standard are the place for LSU games now. Will either one have the game turned up loudly so I can hear it?
