It's on CST right now and is pure gold. Watching Ken Shamrock attempt interviews while chomping on gum during a 'roid rage is hilarious.
The fights are good enough on their own to watch, but the interviews are classic.

I don't have CST anymore since I moved into a house with Directv, but I watched it a few times in the past. There's a few guys in the UFC right now that started on that show; but it's mostly very green and/or untrained fighters. The greatest dude to come out of that show was Bird Dog; check out his youtube clips, awesome promos.

Lol who? I mean 300 plus shows they were bound to have someone. I've just never seen a decent fight on there

true dat...kent was good back in the day, his brother was better. My favorite was when Kent tapped out Bas Rutten in a knee bar, not an ease feat my friend.
