Notes:
1) I don't see UT dumping their network, precluding a conference deal. But maybe they do, in which case you replace TT with them in the Pac-16 and Hawaii with OU and add OSU to the SEC.
2) Semi-final winners meet in the Sugar Bowl every year for the BCS CG.

certainly no one believes the two biggest money makers in college football are going to be left out of the BCS.

Possibly. If OU is available, I think the SEC takes them (Dallas TV market). But they might have to settle.
