that right there shows that jefferson did not do the kicking, the guy that kicked the man on the grown in the video was in all black jefferson obviously wasn't wearing all black...

Video from earlier is irrelevant!!!!!!! I am glad a guy will still try to help out in a fight when a bunch of big dudes are beating up a guy when they could have walked away.
Stay in your room after the 10:30 bed check curfew and you're all good. Don't be at a bar where drunk people are after midnight and you're all good. Avoid altercations with smaller drunk people and you're all good. Listen to ALL the warnings you have been given about avoiding situations like this and you're all good!

I mean why would the BRPD want to see this video that clearly shows Jefferson wearing a light colored shirt when the kicker was wearing black?
They could just do a bunch of worthless DNA swabs instead.

The contrast between the state of mind of Jefferson (good mood, hugging friends) and Lowery (all in his ex girl's face harrassing the heck out of her) is striking.
I wouldn't want to be the prosecuting attorney on this one.
