Anyone know if he's gonna make the roster? I never noticed him getting a chance to make any catches in the games I saw. Saw him on special teams couple times which looked strange for a 6'5" receiver running down punts. I know he was undrafted just always thought he had a lot of unrealized potantial. Maybe pro receivers could push him toward improvement.

Seems like a real long shot to even make the practice squad. I am surprised they haven't released him yet. A real shame, because I think he could play in the league. Not many 6'5 guys with speed out there. We have several WR's that are going to get cut before season starts: Toliver, Clayton, Davis. LaFell will make the roster but seems to be sliding down the depth chart. Early has been moved back to the slot (probably where he should be) from #2 WR.

Last week I saw him get thrown to twice in 5 minutes, he dropped them both - one for a first down.

I think he will make someones practice team. He'll have a better chance next year to make a roster.

Yea I guess I have a want for my lsu boys to do well but the nfl has other plans. Ridley has surely impressed though. The Pats are foolish if they don't play him. He's a better back with more upside than either maroney or woodhead.

IMO Tolliver was never a NFL caliber receiver. Big receivers in the league need to be really physical and he isn't. Unless you're lightining in a bottle like Moss was when he entered the league, they're gonna want you to go toe to toe with big physical safeties and LBs. Compared to say a Colston for example(who still has to fight through the bruises and nicks each season), I don't believe he'd be nearly as durable if used in the same capacity. Yeah, it's conjecture, but so is most of this talk. Good college player though.
