Finescum agrees with Miles handling of potential suspensions

I just got XM a few months ago, and have been listening to Finebaum for the first time. I had a really bad perception of him through TD, but I find that when he's not playing the Jerry Springer of College Football, he can actually be quite reasonable and make some good points.

Then he lets a caller on the air and it all goes downhill...

had nothing to do with him trying to rile up his listeners to get huge ratings for a couple days.

very entertaining show. i enjoy listening to it. But, I don't get my feelings hurt if somebody has a different view than me like most ppl do. I take it for what it is... entertainment while on the road.

Well have been in Bham for 12 years. I agree he does get some good guests. Haven't listened to him much in the last 2 years. Just turned him off. He hates Louisiana with a passion and calls it (and New Orleans and Baton Rouge) a cesspool of humanity and can't understand why any recruit would want to spend their college career in that part of the country. He worked at the Shreveport Journal before it got shuttered. I think maybe his wife did her residency there. Not sure.

Anyway,I don't care if you listen to him, but I don't pass up the opportunity to shed some light on his disdain for Louisiana and really don't want to see him profit off people he puts down so often.
