I really need to start taking this stuff. But I have no interest in simply following the directions three times daily.

So please post your best ideas for incorporating this orange flavored sawdust into various dishes.

wouldn't that mess the effectiveness up if it was cooked in any way?

So you see what I did there?

Come on Geauxt. Surely you can at least recommend a proper Metamucil pairing if not a recipe.

Mix it with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise, I do a 12 oz glass every evening, the extra orange flavor makes it palatable. Also, dont let it sit around, or you have an orange glob on your hands

mix it up and use it for liquid in the bottom of your water smoker... You will get a slightly acidic taste and maybe a poop AND something to eat...

This might help you more than Metamucil:
quote:

Flax Seed is High in Fiber: You’d be hard-pressed to find a food higher in fiber -- both soluble and insoluble -- than flax. This fiber is probably mainly responsible for the cholesterol-lowering effects of flax. Fiber in the diet also helps stabilize blood sugar, and, of course, promotes proper functioning of the intestines.
