So JJ must be claiming he was not even at the scene. Because if he admits to being there at all, I would think the DNA would be useless. His shoes will also contain DNA from the last 20 underage drunks that puked in the parking lot, doesn't prove he bought them a drink. For gods sake! This is like a bad soap opera.
