The audio and non-football eyewitnesses seem to imply he was there and involved.
The police search for his DNA seems to imply that he claims he was not involved.
To me, he's already been caught in a lie.
Now, will the police have enough evidence to go forward? Who knows.

Innocent. 2 independent eye witnesses say he didn't have anything to do with the fight, but was off to the side watching. I'll believe that over the word of a guy that is mad JJ was pounding out his ex gf

I don't care one way or another. He could very well be guilty of getting in a fight, but the way he's being treated is a complete joke.
