I've never seen it. phillipe's and marcello's are prob the two best beer selections in town, but idk if they carry that kind of stuff. But go check it out and while your there you can probably find something similar or something better.

Not hating, if you like it you like it, but all beer tends to taste better when you're on vacation then back home and I suspect this may be the case.

ETA: Its categorized as a light lager. Some similar beers would be red stripe light, sam adams light, abita light, kingfisher light lager, modelo light, beck's light, damm barcelona

Never heard of Medalla. From what country does it originate?

Puerto Rico

Style | ABV
Light Lager | 4.00% ABV

Notes:
Year-round. Serving types had: bottle (21), can (19), on-tap (7).

A – Poured out a clear golden yellow. Aggressive pour produces a good amount of fizzy white head.

S – Not much of a scent. Grainy. Corn.

T – Not a great deal going on taste wise. Its grainy like the smell with some subtle sweetness. There is some hops present in the taste but its light.

M – Light bodied and decent carbonation. Thin taste.

O – This is slightly better then BMC’s. It is perhaps a great beer for Puerto Rico and its hot days. Serves cold this makes a nice brew for the island but don’t expect much. That being said I have enjoyed drinking it countless times in the island. You are not going to find any craft choices here so go for it.
