Can he be a legit number 2 QB on a winning fantasy team?

He has looked good in the preseason(doesnt mean much) but I say yes

If by #2 you mean riding the pine all season, then yes, it's plausible.

#2 as in can fill you in at QB and be decent enough if your #1 has his bye week or injured

I wouldn't draft him (unless the league is really deep) but I would keep a close watch on him

He had some nice games against elite teams last season as a rookie with a head coach who hated his guts, barely spoke to him and wanted him to fail. With this new system that better suits his skill-set and a coach who wants him to succeed, there is every reason to think he could be one of the better options as a #2 FF QB.
