JJ's 15 completions for only 100 yards in scrimmage is very troubling.

JJ completed 15 of 25 passes for a measly 100 yards in today's scrimmage. That's only 6.67 yards per completion. That is beyond pathetic. At that rate he'd need 30 freakin completions just to have a pedestrian 200 yd game. Does anyone think 100 yds passing per game is acceptable? JJ is likely not going to attempt more than 25 passes in a game this season so I guess this is what we should expect. Can we win the league without ever passing for 200 yards in a game? Doubt it.
Apparently he was dumping the ball off often today and must not have completed anything downfield. We are 2 weeks away from the season yet have seen no evidence of his alleged improvement. He had a putrid spring game and now 2 subpar scrimmages. It is gonna be the same old JJ like most of us suspected and those expecting a new and improved Jefferson are retarded.

Miles even said in the interview that a lot of the scrimmage was red zone drills. He said the ydg wasn't much, but it was good work.
Some people take scrimmage stats WAY too seriously. I would take anything Les Miles says with a BUCKET of salt right now. He closed practices for a reason...and it wasn't so he could come out after and tell us all about it.

Hard to say man. Defense is usually ahead of offense early in the season. But i hear the concern certainly.

JJ is gonna be JJ...he is not going to come out be a totally different people...it's not that difficult to figure this out
