I am wanting to throw a few chicken skewers on the barbie this week. I have a pineapple, some grape tomatos, onion and bell pepper.

I need a little help with the marinade/basting sauce. I'm thinking a little garlic, red pepper flakes and EVOO...

Any suggestions?

I did almost the exact skewers last night, minus the tomatoes, and I used a 1:1:1 of teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey as my marinade. Came out alright, though the pineapples were a little off. If I did it again I'd use less balsamic vinegar.

I like to use red bell pepper with this and a marinade of Soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, crushed garlic, diced green onion.
