Pregame Plans

I read on here about a week or so ago that the parking lots around the stadium will not be open until about 4 hours before game start and that some people aren't gonna be cooking or anything. If this is the case what are some of the other plans that will be going on? I have a friend of mine who has never been to an LSU game tagging along and we were wondering where the partying will be. We are flying in from Washington State so we haven't a lick of plans

It's a late game so expect the bars around the stadium to be PACKED for most of the day.

For the Cotton Bowl there were alot of LSU fans at Hooters a few blocks from the stadium.

"Official" lots don't open very early, but private lots open much earlier, so there will be a lot of tailgating going on. See CowboysTailgate.com for more info on that. Also, the bars around the stadium will also be packed all day long - so I wouldn't be too worried about a lack of partying.
