Got any Nhl series fans on TD?

not sure how many of yall play or even like the nhl but the game nhl 11 is crazy good...probably the most realistic sports game to date and most comparable to an actual nhl game...nhl 12 comes out the 13th of september...anybody else getting it?
and before i get flamed i love ncaa series but i get tired of playing football games lolz

Huge fan. I'm going to hold out on NHL 12 until the demo comes. Seems they went the conservative route without fixing be a gm mode.

Wow i ddnt know that...if you on nhl 11 you can get the season pass thing and play the demo before everybody else or something like that...i was playing online on nhl 11 last night and saw that on the loading screen

Yeah I know. 11 was a great game with loads of fun game play. My complaint with be a gm mode was how scouting draft players was broken. Ryan Nugent Hopkins had a D potential after i drafted him WTF? Lol

I used to be an NHL fan, until the Thrashers got taken out of Atlanta. Now I am stuck between a hard place and a rock. Do I go back to following my favorite team before Atlanta got the Thrashers and risk not ever being able to watch them. Or do I pick up a local team here and just hope that they turn out to be decent? my two choices are:
A.) Detroit Red Wings (childhood team with Federov, Yzerman, Shennahan) etc.
or
B.) Carolina, Tampa Bay, Florida, or Nashville?

I'm from Baton Rouge but I'm a Flyers fan... I've always said I'll be a Flyers fan until Louisiana get an NHL team (not happening). Even if I move to a city with a hockey team, I'd stay a Flyers fan.

Go with A. or Tampa Bay. Stamkos is such a fun player to watch.
Carolina- Middle of the pack team.
Tampa Bay- High explosive offense with shaky goaltending. BTW Yzerman is the TB GM.
Florida- Re-building mode
Nashville- Superior Defense with great goaltending.

I thought about either going Tampa or Carolina, because I am sure both of those teams would be shown where I live. I guess I will just wait until I see what teams are shown on TV more before I make my decision

Im a Florida pAnthers Fan. Yes I know they suck but im loyal. Lived in s. florida for 8 yrs and went to every game. That first year was brutal. But the year we were in the finals was awesome.

Tampa Bay will probably be shown more on Versus/NBC because they made the Eastern Conference Finals.

I will probably pick Tampa. Just because they are on the East Coast, so their games won't be on crazy late at night. I may try and pull for the Jets still at times, but not as much because I enjoyed having them in Atlanta.

Tampa Bay is the team i pull for in the nhl with lecavlier st louis and stamkos...there are fun players to watch
