I just had someone use this in online dynasty against me for 251 yards and 4 TDs. I ran various plays from the 4-3 normal, 4-3 under, 4-4 split, 1-5-5, and 3-3-5 and nothing would stop it

It looks like the Power I Tight formation. And its not the Maryland I. Some of the defenses I ran against this were what I typically ran to stop the Maryland I, but they would not stop this formation.

I've had some luck taking the MLB and shooting a gap and getting a TFL pretty regularly against the Maryland I.

3-4 cover 2 with the LB's in purple zone coverage works too.

I have had a of success with MLB Blitz against this formation. If you can hot route the receiver on the strong side to blitz and control your free safety you can do a good job at protecting the outside while the middle is usually covered as well. Occasionally you will get burned by the outside toss but it's worked for me.
