Computer help and question for the aged...

Two things...
1) My daughters were playing on my laptop and the font size is suddenly larger...How do I adjust this...actually I can read it better but I want to know how to do this...
2) If you view something on Youtube are you 'downloading' it? Is it a download about anytime I open a link on here to view George Clooney/Stacy K. or a link to another post...say one of 480's intriguing tales...
TIA for the straight answers and for the laughs for all of the other ones that I know are coming..

TO do this you hold down the control button (Ctrl and normally located in the bottom right and bottom left of keyboard) then scroll your mouse. If you have a touch pad it may be different but normally can be done.

Watching a youtube video is NOT downloading it. Clicking on the Fark Board doesn't download anything either.

You can't change the font size on a typewriter so I'm assuming your eyes are just going out of whack. A bit overdue considering your age, I'd say.
