This sucks. I thought the Dandy one said he was cleared. I know, he doesn't know everything.

I don't know why Dandy Don doesn't know everything about LSU...we all do and if we don't, we make it up as fact.

Thanks for running this. I had been wondering about it & believed since we heard nothing last weekend, this would probably be the case--last season, Gore was cleared on the weekend before fall practices. I hope they both are cleared, but would doubt it on Lewis. I read Dandy Don's column daily & I don't recall his saying Johnson had been cleared--maybe he said he expected him to be.

@LSUfball: Coach Miles just announced Alonzo Lewis will not enroll this season & Mickey Johnson is still waiting on the NCAA clearing house

Thanks for the update, TFS4E. Do you think this means Lewis will be a grey shirt or will LSU have to sign him again next February, so he would count toward the Class of 2012?

Neither St julien or theriot are on current roster.

I thought both St. Julien & Theriot were considered unable to play this season because of injury, but I wonder if they are still at LSU. Hope Johnson gets cleared quickly.
