Daiquiri shop/bar managers/owners

Are there any daiquiri shop or bar owners on the board? I'm considering opening up a place and i've got a pretty good location picked out. I'm trying to see what my startup cost would be around. I'm thinking atleast $100,000-$150,000. Does anyone have a clue on this? Also, what are monthly expenses (estimated)? TIA

I'm not sure, but i did crunch some numbers a few months ago about a liquor store. To get by for one year it came out to what your thinking, so i'd guess a little higher. Of course my real estate was what put it high so alot just depends on your location. It becomes ridiculous when you start adding in the little things you dont think of, insurance, licenses w/ govt, bldg design, etc

It's not going to be a little daiquiri shop... more of a bar with 8-10 daiquiri machines and a drive through. Open space is about 2,300 sf
