Moffitt has compiled a career winning mark of 222-45 including 14 consecutive bowl appearances and 3 state high school championships.

Add in 4 National Championships and some on this board think he is a WEAK LINK in our program.

Wait for it........

Coach Moffitt is worth a minumin of 4 wins a year to the team.Anyone who thinks differently is really clueless how important this man is to LSU football.Has anyone seen this guy on the sidelines during a game, he's like Will Muschamp with more energy.

That might be a bit much, but I definitely think that him being gone in 2008 and 2009 contributed signifigantly to those being down years for us.

They must of used some of Miles luck last year, lucky to see 9 wins this year, even with their schedule.

I remembr how intense he was on the sidelines when he coached at Curtis. One time we were playing Chalmette high, and a fight broke out on the field. Both benches cleared, and Moffit ran into the middle of the melee. He was grabbing players by the facemask and tossing them around like they were nothing.

QFT. TM being away with his illness really killed the team. Now you know why programs like Texas have been trying to steal him from LSU. He is easily a top 3 S&C in CFB.
