This. Philly fans are by far the worst group of human beings on the planet. (not so much phillies fans because most of them are bandwagoners)

Usually I'd agree with you but Phillies are just typically horrible fans. It's not like Yanks or Red Sox fans where people only hate them because they win consistently. People will hate Philly fans no matter if they are winning or losing. Worst fans on the planet.

Yes I detest them! They could never compete with the Braves if their payroll was reasonable....and they still have to trade the farm to add more? It's pathetic! But they will be irrelevant in a couple years, Lee will be the most overpaid #3 very soon....they have no farm, aging vets, etc.....yes it's sour grapes

I do agree that my team has become the Yankees of the NL, it's a bit weird honestly. All in all though I love it, you know you'd want your team to be able to do it too. And if you say you wouldn't, you are either too dumb or a liar.
Oh and I love to have other fans hate the Phils, that means they're good.

Exactly, they hate cause our team is badass and winning which is understandable. This includes the Flyers and Eagles as well...and yes I am aware the city has only one championship to show in 27 years, but it's nice to see the owners/general managers committed to winning.

The Phillies won 1 title in their first 125 years of existence. And now people want to bitch they now want to buy a title? Hell, let them have a good decade... their fans have earned it.
The Phillies are the worst MLB team, historically. Worse than the Cubs and the Red Sox, and no, it's not that close. Now that they have suddenly turned around a moribound franchise in the past decade, I'm supposed to hate them?

I don't hate the phillies because they are winning, I hate Philly sports fans because they are the worst/biggest a-hole fans in this country.
