Superconference scenario

With all the talk last year about superconferences and with the latest A&M meeting. I put together a look at what might be in store for College football. Basiaclly 4 16-team Superconferences would form and those left out would form their own division, essentially a split in the FBS. This would allow smaller schools with less resources to play for a nat'l championship. The Big East and Big 12 would be disolved and those teams would be absorbed by other conferences or left out.
Conference championship games would be considered the 1st round of playoffs with the winners entering the BCS. Bowls would still exist and would be filled by the teams left out of the "playoffs".
I was going to list the teams but figured that would make the post too long
ETA: Admin please move to the Rant.

without the teams listed this post sucks.

I would be all for a split in FBS leading to two separate playoffs.

this would only be for football and everything would stay the same in every other sport.

Doesn't look like the ACC improved that much.

ACC would definitely be ther weaker of the 4 conferences at this point. But they do have some teams that are capable of being upper tier

I'd put Cincy over Uconn.

yeah, some of those schools from the Big East I stuggled with, some are pretty interchangeable.

There are several scenarios in your list that will never happen:
Pac-10 adding Boise
Big-10 adding K-State
ACC dropping Duke in football, regardless of how bad they suck
Also, the ACC would have eight of the last eleven basketball champions in that scenario.

I'd take USF over Syracuse also.

This would only be for football. Secondly, this is just one of many scenarios that could happen. At the end of the day I think it's more of a "when it happens" rather than an "if it happens"

Texas would be PAC 10 or Big Ten. I'd switch out Kansas State for Texas for the Big Ten.

They would split into a separate division of the FBS with their own championship
