NCAA A.I. in online games

Has anybody else noticed that there are times where it seems as though the A.I. has predetermined that you are not going to beat another user, no matter what?
This happens every now and then, and happened to me yesterday. I'm talking about throwing a pass for a TD and a flag is thrown for holding. WTF? How does the computer determine when to randomly throw a flag for something you have no control over? Also, throwing passes at receivers that are wide open, and they drop it, whereas in other games those passes would have been caught.
I just straight up quit yesterday after the holding call, and I was only down 7 points. I refuse to waste 45 mins of my time when the program has it predetermined that I am not going to win. My DNF% is way off the charts already between playing cheesers and stuff like this happening.

I don't know about online but the game does choose if it wants a team to win in the past in my dynasty modes. Some games my team would be sluggish, and oblivious to what was going on and the other team was playing lights out.

My favorite is when you fumble, but your knee was obviously down...so you challenge, and the refs don't overturn the call.
I got down 17-0 to West Virginia in the first half because of that crap...happened to me twice.
Luckily their corners suck and I was able to come back.
