Great article about him on NOLA.
Thank god for his service to NOLA and LA.
Only thing I don't understand is is the dome not insured? All the $$$ to repair the dome came from everything other than insurance. Is that included in the FEMA $ ???
Speaking of the dome, on Friday I passed it on the expressway and almost got into a wreck gazing at it. That new siding was glistening in the rain giving it a wet polished look. It looks marvelous!
