2012 Roster for NCAA 2011?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can you use 2012 roster files in NCAA 2011 or are they coded so that it won't allow it?
I may end up getting 2012 later, but for now it would be cool to get the updated one on 2011. Is it possible?

I wish this would work, but EA likes making money too much to allow this to work. You're gonna have to buy 12.

not necessarily true.
This dude did a roster file for PS3 that updates 2011 with 2012 rosters(puts just about all incoming freshman in for all teams and gets rid of seniors and draftees).
